You are not alone. You are not to blame.
You were programed to stay quiet, and often, talking about trauma brings up intense survival reactions. Likely, you've felt unsafe when you've thought about sharing it. Plus, you don't even know how to start or what to say.
But you also know that holding a secret is making you sick and perpetuating shame.
You're stuck. I get it, I've been there too. This workshop is the key to getting unstuck. In these 90 minutes, you'll learn:
✦ How to increase feelings of safety so it's easy to speak up
✦ How to prepare internally and externally
✦ How to understand and establish your own boundaries
✦ Key mindset shifts to make this easier on yourself
Disclosing my trauma transformed my life. Truly. It is hard, but my friend, it's worth it.
